lcl-utils-1.6 software package provides Lazarus Components Library - command line build tools, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lcl-utils-1.6
lcl-utils-1.6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lcl-utils-1.6 package were installed using the commands given below,
